Billing questions
Is the price per user?
Yes. Each plan is priced per user, per month. Clients log in to the portal for free and don't count as users.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, and you pay nothing until it ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated on your next bill.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free (about 17% off monthly billing). The discount is applied automatically when you choose annual.
Is Lexi included on every plan?
Yes. Lexi, the AI agent, is included on Starter, Pro and Growth. She runs on Anthropic's Claude and asks before saving anything. Help questions and "Show me" tours are free; other AI actions use AI credits.
How do AI credits work?
Starter, Pro and Growth include 60, 200 and 400 AI credits per user each month, with firm minimums of 100, 400 and 800. Credits are pooled across your firm and refresh on the 1st of each month. Most AI actions use about one credit; longer answers and large documents use a little more.
What if my firm needs more AI credits?
Add AI Plus (+400 credits a month for $49), AI Max (+1,200 credits a month for $129) or AI Firm (+3,000 credits a month for $299), or buy refill packs anytime from $10. Purchased credits never expire. Admins can turn on auto-refill with a monthly spending limit.
Is SMS texting included?
Yes. Starter, Pro and Growth include 250, 500 and 1,000 SMS messages a month for the whole firm, and the free trial includes 50. Use them for payment and appointment reminders, intake and two-way texting with clients. Messages refill every month on monthly and yearly billing, and unused messages roll over, up to 2 months' worth. Texts are sent in your firm's name, and clients can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
What if my firm needs more SMS?
Add +500 messages a month for $20, +1,500 messages a month for $50 or +4,000 messages a month for $100 on top of your plan's included messages. Admins can also buy one-time packs in the app (500 for $20, 1,500 for $50 and 4,000 for $100) that never expire.
Can I control how many AI credits each person uses?
Yes. Admins can set an optional monthly limit for each person, see each person's usage and get alerts when credits run low.
Do you charge to move my data from another system?
No. Data migration from your old system is free on every plan. Our team helps you bring your clients, matters and documents over.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can arrange for invoicing and ACH payments.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you before you reach your limits. You can upgrade your plan at any time to make room for your growing practice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees, and you can export your data when you leave.
