Tasks & notes
Finds, creates and updates tasks and notes across matters. Assigns them to the right person.
“Remind Sam to file the motion Friday”Meet your new workflow ally
Lexi is the AI agent inside Clienty, the CRM built for law firms. She reads your matters, clients, calendar and billing, does the legwork you'd normally hand to an assistant, and always asks before she saves.
§ 01 —What she does
Lexi works with the same data and tools your team uses in Clienty, so she can act on it instead of just answering questions. See the rest of the platform on the features page.
Finds, creates and updates tasks and notes across matters. Assigns them to the right person.
“Remind Sam to file the motion Friday”Looks up matters, clients, leads, contacts, calendar events and document summaries.
“Who is opposing counsel on Reyes?”Drafts documents from what is on the matter, revises them with you, then saves them as DOCX.
“Draft a demand letter for Diaz”Turns your Word file into a reusable template, asks about placeholders and saves it.
“Make this engagement letter a template”Reads A/R and unbilled time, drafts invoices, and sends invoices and reminders.
“Who owes us more than 60 days?”Searches CourtListener case law with citation checks, plus legal reference lookups.
“Find FL cases on spoliation”Reads Florida sentencing scoresheets and runs what-if scenarios.
“What if count 2 is dropped?”Builds, edits and publishes workflows. Sets up review requests.
“Ask for a Google review at close”Creates pipelines and plans stages, required fields and time-in-stage rules.
“Set up an immigration pipeline”Answers “how do I…” questions from the Clienty knowledge base and gives guided tours.
“Show me how to split a payment”Files bug reports for you, adds details, tracks them and confirms the fix.
“The invoice PDF looks wrong”§ 02 —Approval first
Lexi never writes to your firm's data on her own. Every new task, note, invoice, workflow or pipeline change appears as an approval card. Pending approvals expire on their own, and Lexi reminds you about them.

I found 11.4 unbilled hours on Patel · Mediation. Here's the draft. Want me to send it?
§ 03 —Wherever you work
Dictate notes, ask questions out loud and approve by voice. Sending anything billing-related still takes a click.
Open Lexi from any matter, client or lead and she already has that record loaded.
In Automations and Pipelines, describe what you want in a sentence. Lexi drafts the workflow or stages and test-runs them before you publish.
Ask how to do something and Lexi gives you a guided tour right on the page. How-to questions don't cost any credits.
§ 04 —Routines
Routines run on a schedule or when something happens in the firm. They only read data or propose changes, so you still approve everything.
Today's hearings, tasks due, overdue invoices and deadlines that are coming up, waiting when you log in.
Lexi reads the intake and suggests follow-up tasks for whoever handles intake.
She summarizes the answers and flags anything missing before the consult.
Lexi proposes the next steps: create the matter, send a welcome message and set up billing.
Admins get an email of what Lexi did and what is still waiting for approval.
§ 05 —Research
Lexi searches CourtListener and checks every citation she gives you. Built-in legal references:
Admins can turn outside research off for the whole firm.
§ 06 —Credits, plainly
| Plan | Credits per user per month | Firm minimum per month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 60 / user / mo | min. 100 |
| Pro | 200 / user / mo | min. 400 |
| Growth | 400 / user / mo | min. 800 |
Every firm gets at least 100, 400 or 800 credits a month on Starter, Pro or Growth, even with only a couple of users. Credits are pooled across the firm and refresh on the 1st. Follow-up messages in the same chat are covered by the first credit until the conversation gets long.

No. Lexi can read and search on her own, but every create, update or send shows up as an approval card first. Routines can only read data or propose changes.
